Radonix Control Card Mounting

Radonix control cards feature durable plastic protective housings with specialized bases for DIN-rail mounting inside the electrical cabinet.

The placement of the control card relative to other components in the cabinet is critical. Inverters, drives, and high-voltage cables all act as noise sources, so it’s essential to keep the control card well away from them—especially from the path of the computer connection cable. The control card should be positioned at least 5 cm away in every direction (from channels, cable bundles, and mounted devices).

The panel designer should reserve a dedicated compartment for all low-voltage components—including the control board—and maintain adequate separation from high-voltage equipment. Cable routing should be planned so that:

  • High-voltage cables take the shortest, most direct path through the cabinet.
  • High-voltage wiring does not run alongside low-voltage components, or if unavoidable, keeps the maximum possible distance from them.

By segregating compartments and carefully planning cable paths, you minimize electromagnetic interference and enhance overall safety and reliability.
