Note
For PC-Pro models, analog input connections require hardware designed by Radonix. This hardware is shown below and connects to PC-Pro model controllers via the RS485 port.
PC-Smart models have two analog inputs and do not require additional hardware.
-
AnalogFeed
When AnalogFeed is executed, the program’s execution speed (Feed) can be adjusted analogically. -
AnalogJog,[axis name]
When AnalogJog is executed, manual movement or Jog commands can be issued in an analog manner via a joystick, and the speed of manual movement can also be controlled. This function works well with joysticks because some joystick buttons are analog. The pressure applied to the button changes the analog value, which in turn adjusts the Jog speed. When the analog value changes, the Jog speed on the selected axis also changes. Axis name can be X, Y, Z, A, B, or C.
-
AnalogJogFeed
This is used as a multiplier for AnalogJog, allowing more precise adjustment of manual movement or Jog speed by modifying the analog value. -
AnalogJogPedal
This is also used as a multiplier for AnalogJog (the multiplier is calculated using an exponential function in AnalogJogPedal), allowing more precise speed control through analog input. This command works well with joysticks since some of their buttons are analog. The pressure applied to a button changes the analog value, which directly affects the Jog speed. -
AnalogSpindleSpeed
When AnalogSpindleSpeed is executed, the spindle speed is adjusted analogically.
