Links Connected to Output Pins

AlarmPin

When the ClearAlarm function is executed, this output is activated for 0.5 seconds.

AlarmStatusPin, [Axis Name]

This output becomes active when an alarm occurs on the specified axis.

  • Axis name can be X, Y, Z, A, B, or C.
  1. AxisDirectionPin,[Axis Name]: This output is active when the movement direction of the specified axis is positive; it becomes inactive when the movement is negative.
    • Axis name can be X, Y, Z, A, B, or C.

AxisSwitchPin, [Number], [Axis Name]

Radonix-developed hardware called X4 can switch one axis into four, using four inputs. When the controller’s digital outputs are connected to the X4's inputs, four motors can be independently controlled on a single axis (e.g., four motors on the Z axis). Multiple outputs can be active simultaneously—just activate the corresponding output tied to the X4 input.

  • Axis name linked to the X4 input: X, Y, Z, A, B, or C
  • Number must be between 1 and 4, representing the input number on the X4 device.

Note: Any of the four outputs can be turned on/off individually or in combination.
