Mounting Location Inside the Panel

Mounting of Radonix Control Boards

Radonix control boards come with durable plastic protective casings. These casings feature special bases that allow for mounting the control board onto the rails inside the electrical panel.

The position of the control board relative to other components within the electrical panel is very important. Inverters, drives, and high-voltage cables are considered sources of electrical noise within the panel. Therefore, it is critical to keep the control board away from these sources—especially from the route where the computer connection cable runs. The location of the control board inside the panel must maintain a minimum distance of 5 centimetres from all directions (channels, cables within the panel, and mounted components).

It is recommended that the designer of the electrical panel allocate a dedicated section for low-voltage components and the control board, ensuring a safe distance from high-voltage components.

The routing of cables should be planned so that high-voltage cables follow the shortest possible path within the panel and, preferably, do not pass alongside low-voltage components—or at least maintain a minimum safe distance from them.
